edibles are a prodrug and get converted to 11 hdroxy THC. I find that smoking particularly weed that smells like pine sol. You'll know what I mean if u can get it. is much more stimulating. But I am in outlier. Most get chill on weed. I get hyperactive, loose, and can dance better than everybody in the room, no exaggeration. nicotine is also pretty good if u just want a mild buzz. Others take pregabilin, I dont get shit from it.
