Kinda in the same boat. 300 mg lowered my inhib kinda but I didn’t feel like out of control or dizzy. It’s nothing like drinking, your inhib will still be higher than if you drank. I would start with 300mg and then try 600mg the next day. Take it like an hour or an hour and a half in advance to going out.
I never start high gng first 50mg if that doesnt do shit then 300mg
50mg will most likely not do shit. At least do 150mg anything below is pointless imo. I just did 300mg bc that’s 1 capsule for me. Shits not gonna kill you but try it out however u want. Idk if i have a high tolerance or what but i might try 900mg and see how i feel.

Nothing like alc, but does just lower inhib a lot. Makes u kinda retarded and makes u kinda groggy and tired after a few hours, so have some caffeine too. When you wake up you will be cognizant but dizzy, like your legs aren’t doing what your brain wants it to do, so u will be walking kinda weird when you wake up, but it does help in social settings a lot.
