There’s not much sustainable long term anxiety drugs. Most will either cause dependence and withdrawals or you build tolerance too quickly. You could try some OTC stuff like L-Theanine and CBD.

You just have to get over it naturally with things like CBT + neuroplasticity drugs.

Pregablin all the way, baclofen is a muscle relaxant and pretty useless for social situations unless you have some weird tics you'd like to calm down. In my personal experience I've found pregab to be better than phenibut and baclofen but make sure to never combine it with alcohol because I've had some really stupid nights and end up in embarrassing situations due to low your inhibition becomes off that combo.

Pregab is pretty good, a good dose is 150-300mg. You could also pair the two for an enhanced effect
