tolerance builds very quickly with phenibut so i'd recommend pregab but try both.

150mg pregab with coffee on an empty stomach in the morning is great for frequent dosing, but phenibut might be better for single occasions (no more than once a week).

I was kind of looking for something I can take everyday with modafinil/vyvanse for work and then use benzodiazepines once a week to go out and talk to girls

If I were you I wouldn't try to rely on something every day for confidence, especially at a young age. You need to increase your natural confidence and then just use an additional boost when absolutely necessary

Yeah tbh I think Phenibut is much better for rare use. Last night I tried 150mg Pregab, it wasn't too bad, but definitely not as good 1g of Phen. Im gonna try 300mg Pregab next time ill see how it compares, but so far Phenibut has gave me much better effects overall

How do you even get your hands on phenibut? It's technically legal in Canada, but I can't find any good sources for it (even on indiamart no vendors seem to have it).

phenibut so much better for me
makes me more social and happy but I feel like it killed something in my like I can never be as as happy as on this drug while being sober
