not sure about drugs but i went from extreme inhib to low over time by hanging out with a heavily ND friend who was low inhib, you get used to the embarrassment of social interaction if your friend is purposely embarrassing you lmao thats all i can suggest

i do hang with friends, they are not so outgoing, normal people, they dont party and we barely chill because we both get cucked by the work week.
