I took 300 mg of pregabalin for the first time last Saturday. If I take 300 mg again this Friday (so after a one-week break), will I get the same effect, or will it be a bit weaker? Or would I need to take a higher dose?

Bruh same i do 450 and it makes my eyes all puffy n shit, but as for the actual question i would say you would feel the same as your first dose but tolerance is really easy to build i wouldn't recommend taking it more than twice a week

Should I take 300 mg or 375 mg so that the effect is the same if I have built up a bit of tolerance?
