Tbh tret is the best option. A 0.025% or a 0.05% is the best, don’t need 0.1% I use 0.1 and that shit drys out your skin like crazy even though I moisturize a ton

No problem and if you’re already at it see if azelaic acid is something for your case. I use 10% one, it’s great

I mean i already got prescribed some antibiotic cream plus bpo which got rid of most of my problem, i had to get off after 3 months tho and a bit came back. idk how to send pictures but its a pretty good improvement
