The bone is so thin you can move it about. Nose fractures can be easily fixed by just manually putting it back, i wouldnt be surprised if you could just push the BONE in you nose how you want it to be to an extent

The cartilage probaby isnt as moldable because its more elastic (ie stretch it and it will just go back to its old shape)

research nasal chiropractic treatment, it snaps your nose back into place
