It is the opposite, people eat way more meat now and better nutrition overall, hence height increase. People 100+ years ago were mostly eating peasant seed slop and little to almost no meat, 1000000x worse than eating burgers at mcdonalds, at least burgers got plenty of meat. Not all goyslop is bad compared to the peasant seed sludge people used to eat, I mean a lot of it beats what people used to eat when they were all short manlet peasants. But "primal diet" is like that plus even better a lil bit I think in terms of pure nutrition, but it is also bit of a fad diet with lots of copes like how manmade fruit, manmade honey are "natural" for ex lol, or ignoring that humans HAVE eaten carbs + seeds historically where available and stuff. I laugh when they eat honey especially that rich syrup shit doesn't even exist in the wild, and when people raided bees' nests in the past the best food there were the grubs and eggs not the honey lol.
