Just remember to eat seasonally (low carbs and high fat in winter, moderate carbs low fat in summer) relative to where you live, so for where I live I eat deer, pheasant, and rabbit in the spring, summer, autumn, and winter, alongside raw wild boar and some other meats, good raw fish and seasonal wild berries. Eat organs too, but limit the liver.

You don't just have to eat raw meat, organs, fats, and dairy though, I personally eat a more diverse primal diet, eating what my ancestors actually ate - including raw meat, organs, fat, dairy, but also berries, nuts, and wild greens (like nettles and dandelion leaves). Also drink blood, very tasty

Personally I think its cope, I think as long as you eat roughly healthy you are going to get 95% of the benefits of a good diet. All the crazy diets people do will only gain them that extra 5% at most (which most of them don't anyway) so just eat what seems healthy and you'll be fine
