Don't allow yourself to be in a situation where you are alone with any children, doesn't matter male or female, one accusation will ruin your life. Doesn't matter if it's nephew or a relative, always make sure there is another adult (preferably female) around when you interact with children.

Accusations alone are enough for a conviction in many places. There are so many cases of girls getting pissed at their ex boyfriend so her and her friends all make up rape stories and he gets sent to jail only to be found innocent. It’s really sad tbh.
