first off, ive been posting a lot about mk because im just trying to get as much information before it arrives

my idea rn is:
10mg/day of mk before bed
500mg of berberine 2x/day before meals \
alpha lipoic acid 300mg 2x/day
250g carbs/day

questions:
should this be enough to control mk insulin resistance (only planning to take for 60 days)

not looking for “mk is cope" just wanna optimze my shit
 
Should be enough just dont eat sugar often or especially right after you dose

also you should maybe up to 25mg i didnt feel anything on 12.5

might up dose depending on how i feel on 10 mg, do u think berberine will have an affect at all on mk effectiveness and how much should i take
 
berberine shouldnt effect the effectiveness. just take a standard does im not too sure

yea im on 20mg mk677 and ive grown quarter inch in 1 month but i am also 16 so idk how much i can credit to that. but def use berberine right before breakfast and right before dinner, 500mg each dose should be enough, you should also get p5p to reduce prolactin so u dont get bad gyno

can p5p stop gyno fully or just make it less bad

I havent seen too many people say gyno is even a problem with mk
