At least he eats raw, all cooked food is dehydrating, so that’s a start. But still, constantly eating fat and raw animal foods aren’t entirely 100% hydrating, so yeah. Eating 100% animal fat and blood just doesn’t feel right.

Just stick to potatoes as a carb source and meat/dairy/eggs as a protein source. Some plant foods if fermented and left soaking overnight can pretty much have a zero or very minimal antinutrient profile.

Lately he's been eating mostly organic shit.

I like to think that if your diet is healthy %70 of the time then you won't be seeing a lot of downsides.

I have fallen off the wagon but am almost close to getting back on. Ideally my diet would be mostly hydrating liquids with some raw animal products like raw eggs. My philosophy is it’s not about the food and the nutrients so much, but instead it’s more about what you eliminate and fix, like the toxins in our bowels and skin, and our organs/glands that aren’t working 100% well due to a compromised diet.

I want to eat fruits but they're too high-fructose for me. I don't exactly like eating much sugar, I just don't prefer them.

Although hydrating liquids are important, I rather just cut the skin off of cucumbers to get rid of the anti-nutrients and juice them. They're at least more hydrating than water.

Raw animal fat and raw organ meats are nice to eat as a supplement-food, otherwise I like eating cooked steak/muscle meat tbh. It just tastes better rare.

Milk is also another good source of hydration, but too much will give you tits, so just a glass a day at most.

Fermented foods are extremely underrated. Kefir is a good starting point TBH.

Eating strictly zero carb or low carb just feels so not right, I am pretty sure that carbs are our primary fuel source, I can imagine myself eating only meat and water..and it’s just weird. Like I need the carbohydrates. Tbh we all just need to take a break from eating and go on a solid food vacation and clean up all of the sh*t waste stuck to our bowels caused from gluey processed foods. People don’t realize how much more energy and life force we are missing out on, and we don’t experience this all because our glands are shut down, our lymph systems are dirty (nothing is hydrated and flowing, it’s stiff), and our bowels are filled with plaque and waste.

We need foods that detoxify us and wake up our sinuses, that are full of electricity and astringency, like limes, oranges, pineapple, melon, lychee..(tropical juicy astringent fruits). In fact, a step better would be to just drink the juice instead of eating them, like pineapple orange juice, this frees up digestion and still gives your body everything in the food except for the fiber which is kind of unnecessary imo. This plus some raw animal foods like raw salmon is the peak of health imo. Also don't forget sun exposure, sweating, moving body, steam rooms, saunas, stretching, skin brushing, and so on.

ngl fruitarian diet is pretty low IQ. so much fructose you are stressing ur liver with that, not to mention there is only a limited amount of vitamins and minerals in fruit, mostly vit C. most fruits are toxic for you if you dont buy them organic, but still they are GMO. as a species we are not made to consume sugary foods in large quantaties.
also humans need to drink water its part of our diet, we need certain minerals from the water as well as the water itself for hydrating purposes. humans are meant to sweat a lot (aka we lose water so we need to drink it).
raw animal products are beneficial for sure, but this varies per product. for example: raw dairy is a way better option then non raw, but cooked meat (medium rare that is) shouldnt be destroying THAT much of the nutrients in any substantial way.

also about this part, he already has a clean diet. a lot of toxins arent found in animals, but in plant foods. by consuming grass fed grass finished you are NOT getting toxins in ur diet. hes literally just such subhuman that he needs to focus on diet that much thats why he looks like shit. he doesnt even sleep normally. hes a triplet and all three of them have problems but he has the least by far, because of how healthy he eats
