Problem with bimax with ccw on short face

Wouldn’t ccw rotation and bringing the maxilla up and forward along with the jaw make someone’s face even shorter, if they have a short ramus
 
That’s why people with SFS get maxillary downgrafts or CW rotation of the maxilla
