If you look at one of my previous posts I talked about my eye area and how to improve, I am in between 2 procedures one being Fat Transfer to the Under-Eye, or getting infra orbital implants to get rid of that lower eye lid looking tired and bad always, what would be the most masculine or best aesthetically looking procedure, I have neutral cantal tilt so sadly it makes my eyes look even worse with that droopy lower eyelid. My goal is to make my lower eyelid be lifted more so that my eyeball isn't as exposed. Added pic so my goal is kind of understood.

Exact same problem as me rn, expect mines also a functional issue since it causes my eyes not to close properly. Anyways, you should get a canthoplasty, lower eyelid retraction repair or a spacer graft. It all depends on your anatomy though, for example if your eyes are set further than your cheeks you should consider a mix of adding volume (implant, fat grafting) and some sort of surgery that pulls up
The lower lid as I mentioned above. Theres other factors too but your surgeon should be able to tell what’s best for you with a consultation.

I’m in the uk we have the NHS which is free and that means surgery through there is just a random surgeon who can do it, but the main thing is, if it’s cosmetic and functional I’d rather have a really good surgeon of my choice do it for aesthetic reasons too.

yeah def gotta find a good surgeon if ur going for looksmaxing tbh. free healthcare is cool but not for like optimal results lol. what exactly is going on with ur lower eyelid tho? like is it just droopy or is there a specific issue?

F Graft does not directly treat sclera show I suppose congenital lower

This is relevant only when the retraction is due to a sagging of the fat that supported your lower eyelid

If you want it to be normal and natural, and if this isn't the cause of your retraction, fat grafting won't change anything.

If you force it, it might change your sclera show and give you a weird look.

If the appearance isn't due to fat, a fat graft might not change anything, and you don't always have to go for implants. If it's for something else, a fat graft might be relevant.

But canthoplasty is definitely the right way . Or perhaps canthopexy with fat grafting 🤷🏾‍♂️
