Procedures to get hollow cheeks?

I think hollow cheeks are a huge halo (provided you're at least above avg) so which surgical procedures would one need to get them? Zygo implants for more projection and also buccal(?) fat removal or sth else? Also I've heard a narrow-ish palate makes it easier to get them, not sure if that's true tho.
