don't eat anything apart from raw meat and you won't even need to brush your teeth. And if happen to need to do it then you can just use water or your nails.

if you eat your natural diet (raw meat) and stop using shampoo your hair will stop getting greasy. If you wanna wash something out of your hair then just use water.
