Professional Lefort 3 CCW providers

I only need lefort 3 with CCW rotation only. I know the chances are relativly zero. Which surgeon do you think would be open to give lefort 3 CCW to non-deformed but long-midfacecels if you pay let's say tripple the price? If you give 3x which surgeon would be more likely to offer it?

if you have diplomatic access to dprk, dr. jun is a one of the few options, only downsides is that he does not have a medical degree and does not use any anesthesia during the procedure
