raw meat and bone marrow as young children is not going to ascend them. if you want to maximize growth, good sleep, lots of milk, good micronutrient status, low stress, royal jelly, injected growth hormone etc can help a lot.

using such a powerful AI at a young age is a bad idea due to side effects for instance brain. partial estrogen suppression to the bottom of reference range can work without too many problems. non-steroidal AIs tend to have direct estrogenic action at the cell and receptor level anyway.

yes thats why you dose aromasin appropiately, not nuke e2. non-steroidal AIs are not optimal due to the reason you highlighted also aromasin has a more appropiate metabolite for the scenario of puberty
