Can prominent lips make my chin look not projected enough ? Or the chin is simply slightly recessed

Can prominent lips make my chin look not projected enough ? Or the chin is simply slightly recessed

not recessed cuz chin recession is assessed w the frankfurt plane and convexity angles, but proeminent lips can make u fail some lip assessments like the E line, H line, Burstone line and Steiner S line.
