Hello everyone welcome to TheoryPasta...Today I will be unearthing my latest theory that @ey88 is actually the NBA MVP front-runner, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
To start of this theory...They both reign from Canada, the land of the polar bear. This starts our theory off nicely as nobody else from Canada is as notable as Shai, apart from ey88. Making these "2 different people" The greatest Canadians of all time.
Ey88 is clearly a fakecel, this being reflected by his heavy depressive nature, which is obviously larp, to hide the fact he has some of the highest smv of all time...Being an attractive, rich, 6'6 black man on a 300 million dollar contract.
Whenever Shai is playing a basketball game for the OKC Thunder, ey88 is never posting, even though I'm sure ey88 doesn't go to bed at 7pm...This further strengthens my thoughts towards Mr. 88 actually being Mr. Gilgeous-Alexander.
Another point to make is that ey88 joined on July 4th, 2024. Suspiciously close to the end of the 2024 NBA Finals, marking the true beginnings of the offseason, no NBA games, just practice and training, leaving Shai with much more time to post on here.
To end this theory off...Their tendencies. Ey88 tends to shitpost a lot more than the usual user, even for offtopic (or, well, he used to) and Shai shoots a lot more free throws than the average NBA star, attempting close to 9 per game this season, even flopping on the floor sometimes to secure the free shot.
So, the real reason ey88 has stopped posting...Is because he needs time to make an MVP and Playoff push for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Case closed.
