I was talking to one of my bodybuilding friends at the gym the other day. He’s pretty jacked like 175 pounds at 5’11 semi lean (he’s like 18% bf) and he started ranting abt his routine and it’s insane.
The dude eats every hour, only eats chicken or beef with rice and a ton of vegetables, trains 5 days a week, Gets 8+ hours of sleep a night, hasn’t ate a cheat meal in almost a year, has no social life, been lifting for 3 years and that’s on top of all the shit he’s taking Wich is rad 140, mk677, sermoreline, bpc 157 and a sadalite cell repair peptide.
I couldn’t believe all that for that nigga.
While my other friend is 6’4 200 pounds at 12%bf, His diet is taco bell and Wendy’s, trains for the fuck of it, gets 2-3 hours of sleep, has a social life, only been training for a year Inconstantly (he dropped out of the gym for months at a certain point) and he’s a 100% natty JFL
And when they stand next tg the mog by the 6’4 dude is brutal. It’s sad nigga.
U can’t outwork bad genetics it’s sad.
