Proof that chin wing is a shit surgery that destroys gonial angle

You can clearly see how her gonials lost angle and form. What she needed was bimax and/or genio. Maybe also a jaw implant to lower the angle.
Chin wing is officially a shit surgery and any jaw implant creates better results.

On the last picture (frontal) the difference on the gonials is very visible. From a sharp defined angle to a totally strange kind of bloated look.

Yes, she could've done with bimax with counter clockwise rotation. I am guessing Brucso figured her upper lip was too long for that which would have meant you saw her lower teeth when smiling. So they just went for chin wing.

Brusco is expensive because he is Swiss, and everything costs a shit tonne there (unless you live there cause salaries match it). But for some reason people assume he is a god because he has a nice clinic, charges a lot and trained under a well known surgeon.

i think if your gonions are recessed/not visible and then doing a chin wing would bring them forward which would create better jaw angles instead of reducing them. if you look at her before pic, she already had her jaw angles visible pretty well. pulling them forward further by the chin wing made them worse
