You guys keep saying that. Why? If I think about it anatomically, it should be entirely possible. I hope it'll change mine if I've spent 8k on them.

Yes it does.

One problem with MSE is that the amount of noticeable change can be unpredictable person to person.

Some people only get a very subtle change and some people get an almost obvious change from the same amount of expansion.

You need a fairly sizeable skeletal expansion before soft tissue changes become obvious. I think my midface looks fuller, but others might not notice the difference.
