My biggest bet is his skull size grew. That made his bones wider and his brow ridge more pronounced, his cheekbones are grew a little centimeters which changed his eye are drastically. Then chin is the biggest noticeable difference I have seen.

Not really. Mike Mew has always stated that mewing (if possible) is capable of doing more than any other surgery can do. First and foremost which orthognathic surgery are you referring to? We know for a fact that lefort 1 isn't perfect because it doesn't involve moving the bones anywhere else besides in the midface. The reality is, mewing should cause the entire skull to remodel as the bone is displaced. I don't understand how his chin would grow but I don't consider it an impossibility.
