Proper bonesmash technique?

Ive seen a post saying to do this:After you finish your workout you body tends to release hgh and you should "bonesmash" using this technique; by laying down and pressing on the desired area of your face with your knuckles or weights for 30s-45s and increasing pressure and duration over time.
Is this absolute cope or valid

smash your face with a hammer till you start crying, then you know its working and repeat till you hit chad
