Don't make a mistake bulking with fats cause ts makes you gain fat, even tho i gained a lot more strength compared to my bulking period
At peak i was 86kg (17% bf with medium carbs, medium fat diet), then i cutted to 74kg (10% bf with low carbs, high fat diet). Btw measured my test levels here - 750ng/dl. And then i hopped on high fat, low carb diet out of curiosity and gained mostly fat resulting 76kg with 12% bf BUT with a lot more strength (almost the same as i was 86kg) and 900ng/dl test:hnghn:
So guys cut on low carb, high fat and lean bulk on high carb, low fat diet
Other methods are cope and gonna looksminimize yo ass:feelswhy::feelswhy:
Stay lean

*all bf measurements were made by inbody270 machine so it's legit bf
 
forgot to mention that my muscle mass on a high fat, low carb bulk after the cut has increased by only 100-200g
