(go to the word nourishment if you don’t want to read all of this) i’m in my teenage years and i’m above the average height by like an inch or two i’m 5,7 or 5,8 so you can guess how old i am, my dad is 6,1-3 i kinda forgot and my mom is 5,3… i really don’t know if im gonna get that height form my dad or if my mom is gonna make me a manlet. i grew three inches from 2024- 2025 and i should still be expecting a growth spurt. okay back to NOURISHMENT i just want to know the ways i can maximize my growth in all aspects in a natural way for now, im not allergic to anything and im open to anything (natural for now) as my username indicates
 
literally eating in a slight kcal surplus. making sure you hit all your nutrients and macros. so regular exercise like running which promotes bone growth or normal weigth lifting

John here, get 9.5 to 10 hours of sleep every single night on a fixed schedule, get into a calorie surplus + get into strategic nourishment (so consume 1.8-2.2 grams of protein per bodyweight, get a HIGH amount of carbs, especially around workouts and in the evening. In addition I would tell you to not go to low on fats and to include egg yolks, avocado's, and fatty fish.
-At your age you should be consuming whole milk or full fat dairy
-eggs (at the LEAST 6-8 per day)
-Red meat/beef (for zinc, iron, creatine, and cholesterol for your hormones)
-Salmon or fatty fish 3-4x per week (for omega-3 + vitamin D)
-Sweet potatoes ,white rice, or oats are. good for a cheap calorie dense based carb.
-Bone broth is additionally very good for collagen + minerals.

In additive towards those items I would highly recommend taking supplements, these supplements consist of:
-Vitamin D3 (5,000 - 8,000 IU every day)
- MK-7 (K2) 100-200mcg (very critical for directing calcium into the bones)
-Magnesium Glycinate (400 mg at night for better sleep + hormone balance)
-Boron (6-9 mg to increase free testosterone and for the lowering of SHBG)
-Creatine Monohydrate is also incredible at your age. (for a better overall growth and strength, ESPECIALLY during puberty.)

There were also a list of rules I followed whenever I was following this protocol, this list consisted of the following:

1. Absolutely no junk food (no soda, no seed oils, and minimal sugar consumption.)

2. Zero alcohol, smoking, or weed (these all suppress growth hormone.)

3. Track your height every single month (morning, same spot, no shoes)

and finally, get a wrist x-ray for bone age if it is possible so that you know how much time you have left until ITS OVER.
