prostaglandin on cheeks

I'm already at lean BF%, I'm not boneless, however my cheek fat area caused by bad fat distribution genes is preventing me from looking my best and I look bloated sometimes.

Prostaglandin is known to shrink fat pads (latisse), causing UEE

Now If I apply

prostaglandin to my cheeks (to reduce fat cells), will it shrink the fat in my whole face, including the orbits, or only​

the area where I apply it?

Prostaglandines does not in all the cases shrink fat. I’ve been applying latisse on my eyelashes and somehow my eyes are more hooded
