I’ve been eating so much less after emphasizing a lot of protein in my diet. I can’t believe it was that simple to stop eating like a pig!

Everybody starts somewhere. My mom used to buy fast food and make unhealthy food. Now I control what I eat.I’m eating my moms food only right now, which is of course still very bad contains to much salt, fat, carbs. It’s an improvement tho, but still very far from a diet, before I would eat junkfood and snacks all day.
