Protein goal may be cope?

I have not hit my protein goal (~170g) in over a year. Yet, my physique looks more aesthetic every week. Sure I am not progressing as much in my lifts but none the less I am still slightly stronger every lift.

I quit protein cope powder over a year ago and have just been eating lots of eggs, beef, and carbs like rice and sweet potatoes and 10g of creatine a day. My physique looks better than ever and I know for a fact I am not hitting my protein goal.

Nutrients = Better physique?

I also looked bloated and disgusting when taking protein powder lol

nutrients absolutely =better physique protein means nothing
 
protein power is trash
But how much protein did you eat actually, if you were eating 140g it's enough to not ruin your muscle mass (if you're not 6'4 260 pounds lean of course)
If you're physique is looking better it's mostly due to getting leaner I guess
