Depends on your weight if you weight less then 150lb 60 grams is all you need
If you Weight more 3 is all you need
 
No lmao do you think average ricecel would be stronger than negreo if he consumed 300g protein lmao, its like putting more fuel to car tank than it needs ayy

If you work out - aim for at least 2.2 grams per kg. I do 2.6g per kg.
 
your question suggests you have a fundamental misunderstanding of what a calorie is.
