underrated tongue cleaning method for bad breath

breath is rather insignificant compared to other aspects of looks, but i discovered this last week and my breath has gotten significantly nicer so thought i would contribute

if u dont have a tongue scraper and whatnot you can just pinch the tip of tongue after brushing & use the back of ur brush to scrape off any bacteria, it will come off much easier than if u do it without holding tongue

idk the science behind it but it worked for me

tongue scrapers are cheap and a definitely worthy investment imo.

yeah, the point of this post was to show efficacy of holding tip of tongue while scraping(whether it be spoon, scraper, brush, etc)
