i've eating no more than 60 grams of protein a day (10 eggs) and recovery and muscle growth is the same as when i was eating 200 grams a day

Protein helps with the diet though...

High-protein diets suppress hunger well... so 200 gram protein is way better than 90 gram protein, even if your muscles grow the same...

Your body can only absorb so much protein at a time.

I believe the absorption rate is somewhere in the ballpark of 10 - 18 grams of protein / hour, and your rate of absorption is different depending on a wide variety of factors.

Also, what are your protein sources?
Eggs, meat, whey, and dairy based protein products are superior to cuck-based soy and veggie protein

Retard this is like saying calories in-calories out isn't real. Your denying objective scientific reality, just stop being a poorfag and buy whey protein do you can get to at least 100g protein per day.

I'd diversify tbh.

Add some whey protein with milk and then start eating lots of meat
