I am 14 at 5'6 and I'm trying to get taller ASAP...

I've been eating hella good (spamming ground beef, eggs, raw cheese, rice, and coconuts (every day).

I also sprint on the weekends (typically mornings), on the grass (barefoot) out in the sun, as apparently it increases HGH. Right after sprinting, I spike my insulin with either coconut water, yogurt bowls with fruits and raw honey, etc.—healthy sugars.

Is this cope, or shld i keep going?

yes it increases GH levels for a short period of time but the GH is mostly used from your body to recover from the sprints
so sprinting has minimal to no effect on your height

Ima see if i get any taller after 16 as i just started puberty...
If i see minimal results, I'll probably hop on.
Does diet affect height or nah?

Any specific foods to consume?
Just try to avoid processed foods and eat a lot of; eggs, meat, milk, kiwis and other fruits, yoghurt, etc

Also aim for at least 1,5g protein per kg bw
 
I eat organs every weekend and avoid junk as much as possible. I also eat fruits every everyday with greek yoghurt and raw honey. Protein for every meal as aswell. Am i chilling?
Mum is 5,5 and dad is 5,9
