i actually didint cut my medial canthus, the effect of it looking longer comes naturally by sun gazing, and what u wanna do is look NEAR the sun and not directly, or else you'll become blind

It's technically squinting. It can only improve your eye area very slightly if you have a good base. There are other ways to do it than burning your eyes in the sun JFL.
