7 in-hg but i use water instead of air. the la pump's air pump isn't designed for water and i don't know enough about fluid dynamics to know if this has an effect on the pressure. it definitely evens out the pressure and reduces edema though

i don't find it excessive. water pumping is gentler on your skin though (it pumps your inner tissue more so that not all of the force is focused on your outer skin). i've just found out about interval pumping though so i might change this to 3 minutes x 20 sets
