From my experience between PSL 5 and 6 is where Height Money Status Body etc makes a big difference. For instance think about a 5 psl manlet aspie who works at McDonald’s. He’s not gonna have much success. But a 5 psl robust 6 foot 2 wide framed doctor will have a LOT of success with women.

Improving your psl by even 0.5 is going to improve your life at least in some situations.

Even going from 2 to 3 is a major improvement, at least you are treated as a human then even if you're still incel.

I'd argue that the cut off is PSL 5 -- even with that you need major halos to coast with women (beckies and landwhales). Read this for my perspective.
