PSL score has no place in surgery

I'm tired of you motherfuckers asking if you will go from LTN to HMTN (why is it always HMTN lol too humble to say HTN) or Chadlite

And don't get me started on those guys who scored out of /8 and what decimal points "how much PSL score will I go up by, +0.1?"

And also people who hyper focus on ratios are retarded if you can't eyeball beauty then don't bother doing surgery because you're gonna use one ratio to justify a surgery without looking at things holistically

yes,but Id say if U cant ascend majorly with surgery ots not worth it to undergo one. I think its reasonable to ask that. Sure, noone fucking knows, but if I was to ascend from 5/10 to 5.3/10 surgery wouldnt be worth it at all. If I could go to.. say, 5.7/10 then Id consider it, letalone ascending a whole point to 6 (which isnt gona happen) but that would justify even bimax and shit

Surgery is for major failos, not nitpicking, then you just botch yourself for no reason. Most of the time it will look better without surgery, even something that looks average looks better then surgery. There is a reason there are so extremly few good after and before feom surgery. Unless some severe fucked deformed feature.

It's just autism and masturbating over nothing, i would 100% say that 70% of the users on this forum can slay easily.

Looks are objective but after some point it gets subjective, if ur above average or slightly above average it isn't hard.
