And also people who hyper focus on ratios are retarded if you can't eyeball beauty then don't bother doing surgery because you're gonna use one ratio to justify a surgery without looking at things holistically

Sure, noone fucking knows, but if I was to ascend from 5/10 to 5.3/10 surgery wouldnt be worth it at all. Surgery is for major failos, not nitpicking, then you just botch yourself for no reason. Most of the time it will look better without surgery, even something that looks average looks better then surgery. There is a reason there are so extremly few good after and before feom surgery. Unless some severe fucked deformed feature.

Looks are objective but after some point it gets subjective, if ur above average or slightly above average it isn't hard.
