Honestly speaking Salludon's transformation is not as severe as you guys think.

His eyes look better but I think it's just because he's squinting.

I think he only got a rhinoplasty and went down to %12 BF. He might've not even had a rhinoplasty bc the angle on the left is trash, but we'll never know I guess.
