psychiatrist ruining my employment

went and saw a psychiatrist because the people around me started pissing me off to the point i thought i might hurt some of them and psychiatrist said i exhibited narcissistic personality disorder symptoms. never been angrier in my life because now thats on my medical records and my reputation is ruined because i made the stupid decision to do something for other people for once. its just life tho wtvr i guess

Yeah i get what you mean, my psychiatrist said i was exhibiting patterns of a depressive episode just because my mood was low for a short period of time. Total bs but in your case NPD symptoms is not something to make up

I don't think employers are allowed to see medical records if you don't consent.

Its a valid concern since employers do perform backround checks on criminal history, jobs, social media etc.

I didn't know about this until I got diagnosed by a psychiatrist myself.
