Is there anyway I can fix my Ptosis without surgery or is surgery the only option?

100%.
You can:

A. Use prescription eye drops (Upneeq/oxymetazoline).
These can temporarily raise the eyelid in some adults with ptosis.

B. Treat the underlying cause (if applicable). If ptosis is caused by a medical condition or medication, addressing that cause can def. improve it.

C. Use a ptosis crutch (kind of a fraud). This is a support attached to eyeglasses that mechanically lifts the drooping eyelid.

D. Get a botox adjustment. In certain cases, treating surrounding muscles can improve eyelid asymmetry, but this depends on the specific cause.

If this helped, please thumbs up this message, and click the check mark somewhere around this post to mark it as a solution!

Ive had ptosis for a while now and the answer is no. For me, sleep helps a bit but its still gonna be there. I suggest you go to the doctors and figure out what the cause of it is. I took alot of fucking MRI's and all sorts of shit and they found out that the cause was my third cranial nerve was being pressed by a vein so it couldnt function properly. I'll probably get surgery at some point.

edit: i see some people here saying eyedrops will help but that just completely depends on the cause. If you have an actual nerve issue causing it then it wont do anything. So yeah just figure out the cause first then try stuff.
