The last screenshot is interesting, I had no idea about dating app companies' stock crashing - Match Group's (Tinder, Hinge) stock value is 40% of what it was at the end of last year. Bumble today is worth 60% of what it was at the end of 2021. On Reddit I'm starting to see lots of men quite vocally giving up, pulling back effort from dating apps and if they do use them, use them merely for validation (this last part is a quote from one particular post I saw just now). Hopefully this trend continues, if it's definitely happening I'm glad men have seen the light.

We have a completely unsustainable dating landscape where a 6'3" (absolute top tier height), white, a great lean physique, a good face (not prime Lachowski but come on, that's one in a milliion-tier), and a very respectable job (doctor), who is ideal boyfriend material according to societal conventions, cannot get a girl he can even tolerate for ONS/casual, let alone a relationship, on what is generally seen to be the easiest dating app of the Big Three. I suspect his 'not attracted to' means mid- and chubby women, with a large ethnic minority component that goes for him as they equate whiteness to achievement.

The amount of women I've read (and actually a couple I went on dates with, they said this during the date which I felt was the epitome of disrespect) clearly say they 'only fancy their standouts'... without realising that these are the top 0.01% of guys on the entire app in a major city. These women are MID. Faces nothing to write home about, often out of shape and none 'in good shape'. Not even the top 10-25% of women on the app. They would also rather be alone for the rest of their lives than actively consider a guy maybe in the top 10 or 20%, let alone anything underneath this. This can't really continue.

Even when I moprh my pics, larp my height to 6’1, and I have a very very good body with nice pics of it and I have a good job - I still struggle to find a slim cute white girl to date. I have gotten lucky a few times with quality girls but it’s so rare tha when I do get those chances it feels like there’s such a power imbalance

Honestly I feel like aside from the couples who got lucky and met as teenagers I just can’t see anyone in our generation getting married or into serious LTRs

How many women said they fancied their standouts? Were these even low tier beckies, who cope with their university degree?

What do you consider a top 25% man and woman? It would be easier if apps easily and secretly matched people with their looksmatch but of course entitled foids don't want that. Those standouts have a lot of options
