Puberty maxxing for maxillary growth and ccw rotation

What can I do to promote maxillary widening and forward growth, and is maxilla are the only thing to make your gonion outward, and what about ccw rotation? Is it 40%genetics 60%proper tongue posture or are there any way to gain ccw rotation through habit and exercise?
