I wrotd the writet of the puberty maxxing guide but i dont think he will replie so does anyone can give me tipps.:: just red your puberty maxxing tutorial and i have a question .
You said that lifting is important so many times and i recently have a shoulder injury and im trying to fix it by doing like exercices from a pysio but i cant lift even with light weight and im lowkey scared to loosse weight and i dont want to get bloated.so should i drink mass shakes even without working out or will i get skinny fat and bloated?and can i even do this protocoll without movemet?im working that i can do cardio again and things like shoulder rolling and stuff like that are even good for my shoulder .
but in the moment i cant lift or do cardio ,what should i even do
is there a possible way that maybe doing things like only training my left arm or some pushups on my knees will help doing this ?
i would be happy if you answer me
btw im 15 and weight like 60 kg i lost some mustles and weight because i dont want to eat so much again only to end up being skinny fat or bloated so yeah
