So I am 15 close to 16 and my plates are still open and I was wonder what I should take to ascend me during puberty, was thinking mk or gh
I am working for my dad over the summer and am going to get paid a bit over 2 grand after taxes so that’s my budget
I am 5’8 haven’t hit my growth spurt yet, brother is 5’10 but he had a lot shit go wrong and defiantly stunted his growth ( accutane while plates were open and malnourished) dad is 6’4 and mom is 5’2
Also I was wondering if any of these would ascend me facially as well

Took accutane at 16 which closes plates early and he is celiac and was malnourished though puberty

Plates are open still and haven’t had a spike in growth yet and puberty is just starting for me

Accutane does close ur plates faster it’s a proven thing
 
Dont consume any sugary shit (insulin resistance) (less hgh) , stay away from processed carbs (same reason carbs get turned into sugar), Get enough calories, Get alot of protein ( 2-3 times ur bodyweight ),

avoid estrogenic things since they close growth plates e.g
Any berries
chocolate
touching receipts (rllyy bad)
other foods just search em up

Get in the gym and go to failure on everything. Do alot of compound movements (for testmaxxing)
cardiovascular exercise frwquently preferably sprints or hiit (increases growth hormone)
Get enough sleep
 
GH and AI lol you been asking this almost everyday the only thing that's not chemical that has some influence in height is protien get enough of that from animal sources hit your micros macro you can track them on chronometer if you aspie enough

2-3 times my body weight in pounds or kilograms? I live in Canada so i need to know. Also how many sets to failure is optimal for growth for me i prefer 3 sets to failure and for ab workouts 4 sets of 15.

2-3 times body weight in kg. 2-3 sets to failure. Failure should be around 5-8 reps
