Puberty puffiness or fat?

Im 15,160 lbs and almost 6.1
I would say im skinny,but i just got 35 lbs of muscles in 2 months of gym,my face is like puffy,i won’t say im bloated, i have a great diet,i don’t eat sugar and junk food.
I think i still have fat in my face because i was fat like 2 years ago,i also got smile lines i think cause of stored fat in my cheeks.
So, do i need to lose fat or it’s just a normal puberty puffiness?If it’s about the weight,how can i lose it fast?
