What are some key things too promote overall growth during puberty, as in diet, how much sleep is optimal, habits and more

Optimal sleep would be 8-10 hours in this stage of your life. Cut out cheap dopamine such as watching porn, doomscrolling, and etc. Start going to the gym to get more appeal. You will not regret this in the future. Have a healthy diet. Cut out fast food as much as possible. Increase your potassium intake to not be bloated. Do interval sprints while intermittent fasting to promote natural HGH production. Lower your cortisol by sleeping good and avoid stressful environments to have good muscle growth and recovery.
