Puberty

1. read history book. Roman Empire. Greek city states. you will thank me.
2. enroll to boxing gym. skills acquired there will be with you for the rest of your life + confidence + discipline. 2-3 weeks per week. participating in competitions >>>. if you have chance, do it.
3. combine strength training with boxing(but do not go too far. 1-2 per weeks will be enough).
4. do not even dare to get fat. we have fat memory as well as muscle memory. if you get obese, it will follow you till the death.
